9400 Individual Unit Internet Access
Installation of an Ethernet line is available for individual units. Ethernet lines are to be connected to a WIFI Router in the unit, direct connection of user devices
is not supported. WIFI Routers may be purchased from Landmark Tech or the owner can provide their own Router.
If a Router is purchased from Landmark Tech it will be pre-configured and connected to the building network. Configuration information will be left with the Router at the time of installation.
The owner may change the SSID, WIFI password and Admin login password by downloading the NetGear App.
Landmark Tech does not have remote access to the WIFI Routers, only the connection between the WIFI Router and the building network is monitored.
The provided Router has a 1 year warranty covering equipment failure. Replacements are available and kept in stock at the 9400 Condo.
Installation of the Ethernet line or Router does not include connecting or supporting owner devices to the WIFI Router.
